Gonzalez & Heiden (GH) Consulting is a small Panamanian registered company which was born as a result of the Real Estate boom in Panama. We are aware and often hear that many brokers as well as  potential customer do not have the same understanding and expectations of the property to be sold,  the processes in which the selling of the property takes place, and moreover the negotiation culture. This, naturally, creates differences between potential buyers and local brokers ending sometime in lost sales.

After our extensive consulting experience in the international arena we decided to bring new ideas and to support potential customers looking for a new home in Panama or potential customers looking for a piece of mind away from home. This what we called "safe investment away from home".

We started in 2008 by acquiring ourselves different kinds of properties in different areas of Panama. Our own properties range from row land Beachfront properties to exclusive high end condos in Panama City. We have gained experience not only from the process of buying a property, but from the forming of corpotation in Panama, the legal advise, the bank contacts, the rent yield and morever we got to know the country better to see where the potential for investments are.

Our company divides the consulting business in several areas such as "short rentals", city condos and beachfront property acquisition, and real estate tour package.
